Q. I cannot attend the performance that I purchased tickets for, what can I do?
     
 A. Our policy is no refunds or exchanges on all ticket purchases for the general public. Members of El Teatro    
           Campesino are allowed to exchange their tickets for another performance, pending ticket availability. For

Q. Is there a handling fee for purchasing tickets in advance?
      
A. Yes, all phone orders are subject to a $3 handling fee. Online orders are also subject to a handling fee set    
           by TicketGuys.com.
Q. What happens if I arrive late to a performance?
     
 A. Late seating is subject to the house manager’s approval. Doors to our mission performances are closed
           promptly at show time.
