Altar Making with Claudia Lopez

Owner and curator of the Guatemalan Boutique in San Juan Bautista, Claudia Lopez, returned as our guest artist for this virtual altar making workshop livestream from Friday, October 16th. Claudia demonstrated the different elements that make a traditional Mexican Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) altar to commemorate loved ones who have departed. We are so grateful we could still come together virtually to continue to learn and educate others on this beautiful tradition. Watch the video from our workshop below!
